1. Scope of Application These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, order confirmations, and sales of lighting products created by LLLL. All products are sold exclusively following a formal quotation and order confirmation. No direct purchases are processed through the website. 2. Quotation Process All products, including standard catalogue pieces, are sold only after a personalised quotation. A quotation is not binding until it has been reviewed, confirmed, and formally approved by LLLL. Prices shown on the website are indicative and non‑binding. 3. Order Confirmation An order becomes final only after the customer receives the official order confirmation issued by LLLL. This confirmation includes the final price, shipping costs, lead time, and any project‑specific details. No payment should be made before receiving this confirmation. 4. Lead Times & Production All products are handcrafted. Lead times vary depending on materials, production planning, and project volume. Estimated delivery times are communicated in the order confirmation. Delays caused by suppliers, transport, or force majeure do not constitute grounds for cancellation. 5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated after all order details are known. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address during the quotation process. LLLL will arrange transport and delivery according to the specifications in the order confirmation. 6. Warranty All products are covered by a 3‑year warranty against manufacturing defects. The customer must provide clear photographic evidence and descriptive material showing the defect. LLLL will assess whether the product can be repaired or must be replaced. If repair is possible, LLLL will collect the product and return it after repair. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced free of charge. Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, external factors, or modifications by the customer is not covered. 7. Returns & Defects Returns are only accepted in case of a verified defect covered by the warranty. LLLL does not accept returns for non‑defective products, changes of preference, or project‑related alterations. Customised or modified products cannot be returned. 8. Payments Payment instructions are provided only after the official order confirmation. Payments must be made according to the details specified in the confirmation. No payments should be made based on website information or preliminary quotations. 9. Liability LLLL is not liable for indirect damages, project delays, installation errors, or any consequences arising from incorrect customer‑provided information. Liability is limited to the value of the product as stated in the order confirmation. 10. Intellectual Property All designs, product forms, images, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of LLLL. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission. 11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Belgium. 12.
